IATA Course Overview
IATA course st Syscoms enable Students with no working knowledge or skills to function in a travel related sales and customer service business anywhere in the world.
The student will also get familiarized with the industry codes, terminologies, regulations. The Air Fares and Ticketing subject would enable them to understand basic fare construction principles and checks, interpret electronic flight coupons, Issue e-tickets, and Describe the BSP System, Identify credit card payment processes. The student will be familiar with visa and health requirements, as well as tour program.
The course requires, about 180 hours of intensive study.
On successful completion of IATA course, you would be entitled an IATA/UFTAA International Travel & Tourism Foundation Diploma and will be entitled to add the designation “DTTF”, after your name.Acquire essential knowledge and skills to work in the travel and tourism industry and become an effective travel professional. Provide advice on flight, accommodation and tour products, and how to ensure travelers to fulfill necessary travel requirements. Improve your customer service and sales skills in order to better advise travel customers about when and where to travel, based on their needs. Learn to use a global distribution system to create and manage reservations.
